MY JOURNEY.

Before venturing into a full-fledged design career, I developed my skills in various customer-facing roles and process improvement roles. During my past work experiences, I gained first-hand insight into users' needs. By gathering data through interviews, surveys, and collaborating with stakeholders, I obtained a clear picture of how to bridge the gap between users' and stakeholders' goals, needs, and pain points, which I tailored to my process improvement goals.

I live by the maxim, "Always be learning," I am highly motivated to continue learning and developing my UX skills. To reach my destination as a UX Designer, I ventured down the self-taught route, armed with my curiosity, tenacity, Coursera, and UX master courses. To sharpen my design skills further, I created multiple apps both autonomously and with a group of designers. Designing is a big part of my life, both professionally and in my spare time.

MY DESIGN VALUES.

Inclusive
  • Inclusive design makes a product usable to a diverse population of users, regardless of their ability or background.
Intuitive
  • To provide a user-friendly experience, products have to be easy to navigate and allow users to accomplish their tasks with minimal effort.
Helpful
  • For a product to be useful, it has to solve a problem and continue to address the users' needs with changing times.
